My returned Roku was received almost three weeks ago. Since then any questions about my return have been unanswered. As soon as I placed the order I realized I had made a mistake, but no one responded to me before both units were shipped, and I was told that I would be reimbursed for the return postage costs.
I kn ow support is busy, but no reponse to questions for almost three weeks seems out of line
