Thanks for the inquiry. You can log into your account at https://my.roku.com/ , and view the status of any order under 'View your purchase history'. Once you order completes processing and ships, you should see a tracking number available in the order details page.

I purchased a remote on the roku website, my bank has been charged but now there is nov record if it. I cannot find a way to contact roku directly.... what can I do next?

I ordered three days ago and my order does not show up there. The money was taken from my bank account that day, though.
I did contact customer service, as well, but all I have gotten was the standard "we got your" computer generated reply.
