I noticed i was charged by roku for Disney premier access for mulan but I didn’t buy this. I have already contacted Disney+ and they told me that it was charged through roku so roku has to be the one to refund it because It wasn’t straight through Disney. So I want a refund on this charge I didn’t order. I don’t care for mulan to pay $30 for.

I too was charged for the movie Mulan on its debut and was not able to view it. I also contacted Disney plus Who said I had to get my refund from Roku to which I contacted via email. They gave a ticket number and everything. Today I did my second follow up with the support team I received a notification that the email is no longer an active email.

How can I receive a refund?
I’m still trying to receive my refund for it. They contacted me and told me to just verify my email address associated with the account and I did so but still haven’t heard anything back and still haven’t received my money back. I’m getting really upset because I didn’t purchase this. It was just taken out of my account without my permission.
To protect yourself from getting unwanted and unexpected charges from Roku, set a PIN that must be entered in order to make any purchases through Roku.
Log onto your account on https://my.roku.com, go to https://my.roku.com/account/pin, and set (or change) a PIN. You can also choose from several options as to what actions will require the entry of the PIN.
If you inadvertently click something that would result in a charge, this will give you a chance to cancel before the charge gets entered.
BE SURE TO REMEMBER THE PIN.
