I won a gift card online that can only be used to pay for purchase online. I'm having trouble using it to pay for my Hulu account that I pay for through Roku.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.

Please be aware that pre-paid gift cards can be used as a payment method as long as the card brand is an accepted card type, for example MasterCard or Visa.
