Upgrade to premiere $29.99 but website says unexpected problem

Trying for past several days to take advantage of email offering to upgrade my Roku to Premiere for $29.99.  when I add the offer the reply is "The website experienced an unexpected problem".  Have tried 3 different browsers and cleared my cache and still same issue.  I see there is no way to contact Roku direct - can anyone help me with this?
