On several browsers on several computers, pop up prevention and etc. all off. Add ungrade to cart, go to cart and it spins indefinitely.

Hi Danny- I just got the offer to upgrade and the website is hanging up... not allowing me to complete the purchase. Any suggestions? Thanks
I'm trying to redeem my upgrade offer on the website, but after I click on it, the website freezes. I've tried this a number of times on several computers. It just goes to the "upgrade offers" loading page, and gets stuck there. I've waited up to 15 minutes. (June 18, 2020)
IM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE ! if THEY really wanted us to have this, why is everyone having this problem?! There is no customer service so that absolutely sucks? For them being the huge corp that this is, youd thinkd theyd do better.
Disappointed
Same problem here. I hope someone addresses this.
Same problem, please fix! There are numerous javascript warnings and errors when I use Inspect on the browser window:

On Chrome and Firefox, I see the same error. After clicking on "Add Offer" for the $15.00 upgrade to Express, followed by "Check out $15.00" -- at that point, I get a never-ending Upgrade offers progress circle. However, when I try this on Internet Explorer, the first screen is just blank, I never even see the upgrade offers.

If you're following this discussion, I was able to order my Express upgrade for $15.00 just now. It appears they may have fixed the bug(s). I was using a Chrome browser on a laptop if that's any help...
I just tried again with multiple browsers and two laptops. Still no. I just ordered the ultra since it's on sale. I'm done trying.
Got mine to work now. Thanks.
