@Edeltraud Thanks for the note. In order to use private listening with that model of Roku device, I'd recommend using the free Roku mobile app, available for Android or iOS. We don't currently offer a remote replacement with Private Listening for that model, but the mobile app will offer the same functionality for free. Hope that helps!

I would prefer to return the RokuExpress+ and purchase a Roku device that has a remote with a headphone jack. Can I do that? If so, how do I go about it since I can't get a hold of anyone in Customer Service.

The only model we sell directly, which offers this functionality, is the Roku Ultra. It comes with a Roku Enhanced Voice Remote featuring private listening.

Tanner, Since this is the first time I'm in this forum I'm not sure if you received my reply. Here it is:

I would prefer to return the RokuExpress+ and purchase a Roku device that has a remote with a headphone jack. Can I do that? If so, how do I go about it since I can't get a hold of anyone in Customer Service. BTW, I don't have a device that starts with i (iphone, ipad, etc.). The only device I would use the oku with is on a TV that's hooked up to wi-fi.

If you read this, please tell me how I can go about exchanging my Express+.
