We had our Roku linked to our DirecTV account. Now we've discontinued our account with DirecTV. How can we unlink our Roku from DirecTV because it still shows we are connected and we believe that is keeping us from seeing other live options for networks.
To provide clarification, Roku devices are not linked to service providers. The channels you may have installed may be linked to your service provider to access content, but the Roku device and account is not linked.
If there are channels that are currently linked to your service provider, you can try logging out of that channel account to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing.
