Unknown email account using my debit card

I need to know what email address is set up and using with MY debit card (THAT ROKU IS CHARGING) and has charges from 2019. None of my associated emails match. I need answers. This company has access to my debit card because they are charging it EVERY MONTH, TWICE A MONTH! All I need is the email address associated with the account that's using MY debit card and a REFUND! I have sent screenshots of my debit account WITH the charges and ROKU simply stopped replying!

Did you pay some scammer when you first set up your Roku?
