I’m having the same kind of issue with an unknown charge to my account for $8.75 for the Roku channel but when I sign into my account, I see no purchase history or subscriptions...I really need help with this. Is there any way in **bleep** I can get ahold of somebody? I've tried and tried and can't get any help. This is really ridiculous that there could be continuous charges I can't do anything about.
Roku does not charge for The Roku Channel, if that's what the charge says it represents.
Dispute the charges with your credit card company or bank, wherever the charges are showing up. A scammer who knows what he's doing can call his charge whatever he wants -- if it says it's from Roku that doesn't necessarily mean it IS from Roku.
