Unauthorized charge in our bank account

 

Why do I see a charge of $10.99 for Showtime in our bank account when I cancelled the "1 month free trial" before the end of the trial period?! I demand that you credit us back the FULL AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!! Looking forward to hear from your office!!!

For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
