I updated my payment information however am still unable to watch TV on Sling. Doesn't updating my payment information automatically pay my Roku bill?

Please be aware that if you are updating your payment information for your Roku account, it will only automatically pay for subscriptions through Roku Pay. If you subscribed to Sling TV directly, you will need to contact their support further assistance regarding your account.
