Two charges of $6.99 for Disney Plus

Hi everyone, I am trying to get in touch with Roku and I called and there are no support agents and the automated system said to email but I can't find anything.

Can anyone help?

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Please be aware that subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Were you charged for different months on your account?
