Trying to cancel subscription

I’m trying to cancel what my bank account says is a Roku bought subscription, however, my Roku account says I don’t have any active subscriptions! I do not want to pay another $60ish every month for something I don’t use. What can I do?

Contact your bank and find out if that money is really going to Roku.
