Trying to cancel CBS all access subsmoocription.

I have tried to cancel my CBS all access subscription, using the method in the role tutorial, but it only gives me the option to remove the channel, not to manage the subscription. When I access my rocky account, it does not show that I currently have the subscription, only that I had it in the past. However, I am still getting billed for it, and have not been able to find a way to cancel. Please advise.

Are you sure that you didn't subscribe directly with CBS?  Is this any help?:

If you're sure that it was through Roku then you'll have to try the webpage:
https://support.roku.com/contactus

Be forewarned that others have reported that Roku is no help if your account doesn't show any subscriptions.

One last thought, make sure the email address that shows on your Roku under Settings->System->About matches the email address you're using to check your account at https://my.roku.com .
