TV was setup with the wrong email.

The TV was a gift my mom set it up and didn't get the email right. I have an account on my computer with my correct email but I can't figure how to change the email established on my TV.

Thanks for the note.

If you linked the Roku TV to the wrong Roku account and already have an existing Roku account that you would like it linked to, you will need to try to perform a factory reset on your TV. Once the Roku TV has been factory reset, you will then need to activate and link the Roku TV to your correct Roku account.
