Subscription charge

I have recieved a charge for 98.89 for an  espn subscription. We never even watch this nor did anyone order it. How do I get refunded? Are there any HUMANS that take actual phone calls out there? I'm going to put a fraudulent claim on it through my bank and get it back but this is just wrong. I want roku to refund my money. Y'all a bunch of thieves. How you do that to people?
