Subscription Billing Problem

Hi...from time to time....on the tennis channel plus the channel would say 'sign in ' like I'm  having to do another subscription. However, I've already paid for  this one year's subscription and it's not expired yet. I check the credit card  I use and it stands true that I've already paid. Anyways, to get it to work..it made me put in the roku 4 digit code to get it to come on. Have I been charged again? This happens periodically.

So im not sure I'm doing this right,but I could use some help.So.   my mother's credit card has been being charged for about 6 months now for roku. Shes never signed up or had an account. So she doesn't know the email or password or have access to it. All she wants is to cancel her card.Roku sys they cant do anything about it my mom needs to take it up with the bank and get a new card. IS there anything I can do to help this sweet woman from being charged monthly or having to get  new card. Please and thank yu
