I subscribed to HBO through the Roku Channel and now have been booked from both HBO and Roku. Why did this happen and how do I get a refund?

Have you subscribed to HBO through the channel directly in addition to subscribing through Roku Pay?

Thank you Danny. I renewed through Roku Channel only. Via Roku website, not with HBO directly. I'll contact the department you referred me to.
