Stolen card info. Being charged for Disney Plus on my ex boyfriends' roku

Ex -boyfriend took my card information and ordered Disney Plus on his Roku TV for his kid. I am being charged $7 per month and have no clue what his password is or login. I would like to have it on my own Roku TV, but not paying double. Can't reach a human to cancel it altogether, so that is super frustrating too. Please help.

This is what happens when you go out with flakes.

You need to contact Disney plus directly https://help.disneyplus.com/csp

At the bottom you can contact them directly or there are support articles to stop his access.

I had a similar situation but not an ex bf/gf. I had entered my card info and they got another Roku logged into their account which I thought if I reset the first device it would delete my info, not the case. Roku stated they cant remove any billing info without the log in info, which later stated they still wouldn't be able to. Hope you get your issue resolved.

 

Honestly think that is some sort of fraud or unauthorized use of CC info.
