Still no replacement unit has arrived

Well several weeks later and still no replacement unit has arrived. The last email I received from roku asked for a picture of the box and model code on the bottom, that was well over a week ago. There has been multiple attempts to email them with no response. To be honest roku support is poor and they are hard to get ahold off even with the number another member provided.
