Still charged for an accidental purchase

I was charged for an accidental purchase I cannot get through it always brings me here to this post can someone help please kids press the button by mistake I'm being charged 49.99 I hit cancel within seconds and I'm still being charged there is no number to contact you guys what's going on with your customer service?
