Someone or something has subscribed me to HBO Max.

Somehow overnight someone has signed me up to receive HBO Max. Not only that, but after deleting my credit card information weeks ago, somehow my credit card numbers have repopulated in my account without the code from the back of the card. Now my account has been charged for a channel I've not subscribed to. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do about it? 

I will likely close my subscription with Roku, then go to the bank on Monday morning to retrieve my $15.00 back.  Smiley Sad
