Someone else on my account...

I will try to be concise here. In July I bought a basic roku before doing any research discovering I needed an upgraded unit for my wifi. I returned the basic one. However, it would appear that I never unlinked the device from my account and someone bought the open roku from the store. They appear to have had an open subscription to a WWE channel since July and I only noticed this when I got an email invoice about a movie rental. I just unlinked the device and cancelled the subscription, but is there any way to reclaim these funds?
