Somebody PLEASE Help me!!

When I placed my last order for a Roku device (which is not working properly btw) Chrome auto-filled the info and used a different email address to place the order. I didn't notice this until after the order was placed. Now every time I log into my Roku acct online with my usual info, I can't find the order because it's listed under a different email address, but if I try using that email address to pull up the order, it says "not found". What should I do? This situation is driving me crazy!

Factory reset the device. And fill out the online setup forms carefully. I'd suggest logging in to Roku ahead of time, ensuring you're already on the correct account.

Call Roku CS:     (816) 272-8106        choose option 1 (Accounts/Billing)
