Hi,

I don't think this topic has been posted about before/am not sure if this is the correct area for this post, but if either and/or both of those are true, please do what is supposed to be done.

I have an immediate family member who previously lived in the same residence as us /I and had a Roku Stick with presumably their account logged in on the stick. They have since moved out, have possibly been using their account on another stick as well, and I have been using the stick at the initial household for various services.

I would like to know if using their account across households is in violation of any Roku agreements and also if having shared a Netflix account across households (when I'm not sure if this is allowed by Netflix) that has been used on said stick is grounds for any removal of permissions to use Roku products/etc.

Please be aware that having Roku devices in multiple locations is not in any violation, as there are many customers that have Roku devices in other places aside from their residence (such as vacation houses, or managing a device for a relative in another location).
