Ruko is trying to bill me for starz that i already have through my Dishnetwork provider

61978184 Ruko sent me an email stating they were going to cancell my subscription if i didn't pay 8.99 for starz. I currently have starz with my Dishnetwork subscription. And should have to pay and addition fee to ruko

Sounds to me like a scammer claiming to be Roku.  Premium subcsriptions like Starz auto-renew until you cancel them, they don't contact you saying they'll cancel if you don't pay.
