I purchased a Roku Ultra through the Roku website back in November when they were on sale. I was displeased with the unit (it had bad/low sound) so I sent it back for a refund. Roku received it on January 6 of this year, and I have yet to get a refund.
The only way I see to contact them is through e-mail and they just keep telling me they'll "ask their billing department".
Is there any hope of me getting my money back from these scammers?
