Hi, @eallen01 we're happy to look into these duplicate charges for you. There are two options to sign up with Hallmark through Roku. One would be through Hallmark Now, which is provided through the Roku Channel and does require a premium subscription to access the content it offers. Hallmark Now can be subscribed to with your Roku account credentials since it is a part of the Roku Channel. The other option would be Hallmark TV, which requires you to sign up through Hallmark directly.
