Ok so I'm trying to get epic onto my Roku tv. I put on my living room tv it's just a Roku sound bar . Ok anyways I'm trying to add it to other tv and it keeping asking me for a pay pin will it went in just fine on other tv why won't it go into the actual Roku tv there on the same account but it keeps telling me my pin incorrect. Has anyone else had this problem? If you have could you please help me find out why it won't work also I tried changing the pin as well works on one tv but not the other.
We suggest checking your Roku account email address directly to your Roku device by going to Settings > System > About then please check this link to update or create a new Roku pin code. The Roku account each device is linked to is identified by an email address. As @RokuMary-F said, check this via Settings > System > About. Do this on both systems. If the addresses are NOT the same, then each device is connected to a different account. Setting/changing the PIN on one account will have no effect on the other.
