THIS IS NOT THE SOLUTION

There is no response from customer support, there is no way to REACH customer support if you guys remove the order number.

YOU ARE TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY AND NOT SHIPPING PRODUCT - IS THAT RIGHT???

For months Roku has been taking people's money and NOT SHIPPING product and turned off customer support.
