Roku order issues

I have 2 older Roku one I bought and one was given to me. They worked so good that I wanted more for my other rooms.

The older ones was the Old Roku Express which now looks like the New Premier and the Old Premier now looks like the New Ultra

I ordered 2 Premier thinking I would get the big ones but got 2 little ones. I tested one and after a few days it had heat and connectivity issues. I do not like the little ones because they over heat. 

I returned them and asked for an Ultra to replace the 2 little ones. The price was the same 2 for 2 at $86.18 USD. They sent me one little Premier at $39.99 and I have not been credited anything on  my CC for the other Premier I returned.

Customer support is completely down as their website will not allow you to send emails and they will not answer they phone.

I am going to call my CC and have the charges disputed. Until Roku puts Big Boy Pants on and becomes a real company. they  will not get any new purchases from me.

order history

i ordered three things and got charged for them but haven't gotten them or an email and the order history is empty

WHERE IS MY ORDER

My tracking has been unavailable since I had placed my order for my speakers and subwoofer a whole week ago. I have tried contacting your support but no one has ever gotten back to me.

Change online order?

Ordered a new Roku online, and on second thought think a higher model would be preferred. How can I change the order to request a different stick, or do I just have to return it snd buy the other model?

When I go to https://support.roku.com/contactus
I choose the "Questions about returning my Roku Device or managing my order"
I am taken to a sub choice  https://support.roku.com/contactus/returns-and-manage-orders
I then choose the "Return or Replace my Roku .com order"
and it takes my right back to the Contact us Page.

You guys have no customer support or contact info. This is unacceptable. 

I have already alerted my CC company about disputing my charges.
As I have not been satisficed with your new products.
