Roku has the worse service department ever. Never buy from them

NEVER buy directly from Roku. They charged my card when I ordered 2 Roku Ultras. But neither of them have been deliver, and you cant get them on the phone.

Good luck with contacting support by filling out the simple fields to submit a request.

All you will get is"An error has occurred. Please try again".  Come on! there are only 4

things to answer.  Name, email, phone number and serial number of the device.  Where

is the error;  it doesn't say.

I have to agree with this statement completely. I ordered a Roku stick directly from Roku and they say it was delivered to my locked mailbox but I never got it. Either the USPS person put in the wrong mail box or got sticky fingers. Never had this happen before. Calling Roku about this was a waste of time. It took forever to find a phone number that would get me to a human being and then they have zero idea how to track it and then sent me to Tech Support who is located from the sounds if it in India possibly. They also had no idea what to do and told me to wait two or so days to get a call or email from Roku. I am not  holding my breath on this. Personally I have written off the $43.07 I paid Roku for the stick since I have little confidence in their whole process and will not play their games with their lousy excuse for support. This was a less expensive lesson not to buy into Roku's marketing. When the rubber hits the road with Roku expect them to brush you off indefinitely if you can get to a human being which is ridiculously impossible. I was going to sign up for subscription but really I am saving money by not signing up for their horrible service. My issue was never listed on their limited tracking of issues and it was almost to me not to be able to get them to deal with the USPS who they used to ship to me. To prevent sticky fingers it would behoove Roku to be able to track the serial number of the unit and disable it like iphones did to solve stolen iphone problems. But I couldn't even get the Tech Support people to know or to tell me if that was a possibility. Basically the stick is a glorified thumb drive and they over charge for this anyways. I will stick with my Firestick since when I have any issue with Amazon which is rare I can ALWAYS get a human on the phone and they fix it. Not even possible with Roku. I buy online a lot and buying from Roku just once was enough for me.
