Roku device never received, USPS says delivered

Hello my order 102486503 was never received.  USPS tracking# 9400111298334825176752 shows it was delivered 9/28.  However I never received it.  Can I be assisted with this please.  Thanks.

I should have a refund for being my remote was never received I should not have to take it up with USPS for being I ordered it for Roku
