I have made three subscription through ROKU which were supposed to be under trial membership and each time Roku charges the monthly subscription fee within five minutes of activating the channel! It is such a hassle to have to go to support each time give you a reason and request a refund. Why can’t the charge just start when the trial ends?, This is 2020 Shirley the system should be able to recognize when to post charges to the credit card.
