Roku Stick + promotion purchase failed

I tried to upgrade to a streaming stick plus for $35 through My Offer on my Roku home screen. I tried for 2 days and the purchase did not go through and now I can't find the offer. Can someone help me complete the purchase?

Same thing happened with me when I tried to order the Premier special for $19.99.  I tried three times but it doesn’t go through. It just takes me back to my shopping cart 🤷🏻‍♀️
