I received an offer through Roku I would like to buy. I tried after asking a getting an email offer - rather than through TV - but after I enter all the info (which itself was difficult) and getting to the last click to order, the website takes me back to the shopping cart. Pretty frustrating after Roku is the one asking me to order.
I can't find a phone number to place my order (of course). How do I contact Roku?

Try to reload the web browser or use a different one to access the website. Do you have a computer you can access the website with? Is it okay if we ask for a photo showing the error message or code?
