Roku Email not working, password and PIN working

Tanner, my problem is I bought a Roku quite a few years ago, it recently broke and I bought another.  I have a password and a PIN, but no indication of an e-mail address associated with my account.  I'm trying to set up the new TV, and it wants the account e-mail address.  (I used an old e-mail address to post here, but I have no idea why it was recognized.)

Do you know the email address that your Roku was linked to? If you have forgot the email address that your Roku account is linked to, we would recommend checking out the steps provided by our Support page here: How do I access my Roku® account if I forgot my email address or password?
