Return for refund issue

Took forever to get item...so late in fact I returned it and gave a different gift! I followed return/refund directions to the T. I have sent so many customer service emails. They said got it and it is a billing issue. They said will be in touch with billing....and then NOTHING. I keep sending emails and I still do not have my refund! So folks what else can I do????
