Removing my card and deleting everything from the tv

I’m trying to sell my tv and need to remove my channel accounts and my debit card and don’t know how . I don’t have internet so I can’t do anything internet wise on my tv so how do I factory reset the tv without internet so someone can buy it ?

If it is a roku tv, look at the input panel on the side of roku tv, there should be a pinhole marked reset, with the tv powered on, use a pen or something to stick in and hold for over 30 seconds. That will factory reset the tv.

With no internet, I'm assuming this is a non-Roku tv that is likely connected to a cable tv system such that there is a credit card on file to enable you to purchase pay-per-views and subscribe to premium channels.

I would expect the credit card is stored in your account at the cable provider, and not on your tv.  Have you called your cable company and asked them how to unlink your set from their account?
