I just want to know we’re still able to watch our roku on tv before I signed up for a roku account by accident. We do not buy or subscribe to any channels so I want my billing info removed

I realized the instructions at the bottom of your email but first I thought that was for just issues with settings in the community.
I went ahead wtried and I saw it offered to remove my account details.
Do you know if this takes place immediately?
I’m going to check to see if it was removed too.
I still see my payment info I don’t think it was removed as I wanted
I thought account info was the same as payment info
