Regarding refund regarding account

I have constantly tried to remove my account i have cancelled account but have been charged due to my acvount not being active it will not allow me to watch channrls keep getting error message. I just want a refund back to my card

I need a refund I have got charge 4.99 twice for cbs and something else I didn’t order
