Refund request still waiting for update?

I had an illness in my family and didn't cancel my HBO trial before a month's subscription charge was billed. After lots of time spent waiting to chat and chatting, I was told on 11-10-19 that the refund request was being processed and I should receive the refund in 7 to 10 business days. After no refund or contact from Roku, I had to chat with an agent again today, only to be told that the refund request still hasn't been updated!!! I'm so frustrated and disappointed that I was assured something was en route when it clearly wasn't. What can I do now?

Need a refund, need assistance

I paid for ESPN+ through Roku. They were quick to deduct it from my bank account but the app never worked and I can contact no one for a refund...DONT BUY ROKU! ITS A SCAM!

I am looking to chat with someone about how I can get a refund for a charge that isn't or shouldn't be a reacuring charge

I'd like to know how you or able to talk to a living breathing human being I've searched the entire Roku website and cannot find a contact phone number or any other way to get in touch with a living person,,, I ordered one Roku Express on or about 11/23 /2019
There was a problem with the internet at the exact moment I was placing my order and I ended up with for Roku units and I'm trying to find a contact number to a live person,, I went through the motions for returning a product here on the website and it says I'm entitled to one refund out of three that need to be returned,, so how do I contact Danny?

I still haven’t received a refund from a subscription I never subscribed too. I would love to know when I would be receiving the 60 dollars I was charged.

Same for me. Canceled Disney+ the day after and still waiting on my refund. And Danny, say something else besides your copy and paste replies. I've already did customer support and all they tell me is they are waiting for partner channel to approve. You guys are quick to get my money, but not to give it back.
