I had to do it over the chat help feature. But they pretty much told me they are pre paid and non refundable. They submitted a request for it and if approved I prolly won’t get mine back for a month. $65 for a channel I didn’t use or know what even on my subscriptions. I just got my roku and I may even return it after this. Good luck. Hopefully u have better luck than I did.

Also forgot to mention they gave me a ticket number to look up the status, but didn’t tell me where or how to do that. Overall pretty disappointed with roku.

I need a refund for a subscription to stars that I was charged for on today I had already purchased stars on my phone for 99 cents so I need my money refunded back to me that you all took immediately
