I accidentally subscribed to ESPN on roku stick. It was next to Netflix. I tried to contact Roku to no avail. I contacted my credit card company and they contested the charge and refunded me. Roku wrote back that I had indeed subscribed and my credit card company charged me again. I was able to chat with someone on Roku and they agreed to a refund on 3/13/21. I have yet to see it. I have written repeatedly to Roku and they told me that it has gone through and that I should contact my bank. I have contacted them three times and no refund has gone through. Roku has the worst customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone.
