I didn’t purchase any subscription from my TV but this is the second time they deducted the money from bank account as subscription fee. We never use this app. I already cancel the subscription but I never get the refund from any of the apps.
I would like to be refunded the money to my account because I didn’t order anything that costs almost $70 please explain why I was charged before I disconnected all together

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team. Please contact them directly at https://support.roku.com/contactus. Choose the option from the drop-down menu for "Questions about my account or billing," and you'll be able to send an email request there.
