I need someone to contact me regarding support ticket #3921221. I submitted this support request several days ago and still have not been provided any answers to my question. I returned a Roku device to you on 11/30/20 following all return protocols exactly. The device was delivered to you on 12/8/20. Ten days later, I still have yet to be credited for the returned and am unable to receive any help or answers from your support staff by submitting a ticket. PLEASE ADVISE regarding when my card will be credited for my return. Very frustrating and incredibly disappointing.
