Refund for cancellation

I did a 7 day free trial for hbo through roku, and cancelled immediately after. I received a confirmation email as well stating that I cancelled the subscription.They still charged my credit card the $14.99. I expect  a refund.

Please be aware that if you previously had a free trial through the same Roku account (on any Roku device linked to your account), you will not be eligible for another free trial with that specific service. We highly recommend reviewing the terms for any trial, prior to signing up.

If you truly canceled AFTER the free trial expired, then you would have automatically been charged for the next month. Your cancellation should prevent the subscription from auto-renewing at the end of the first month.

I'd suggest checking your subscriptons by logging into your account at my.roku.com to see what it shows as your status.

You'll be wasting your time! They are thieves!! Stealing a lot of people's money!! Cancel your financial method, not through roku either, your own. They will keep taking if even if you delete your payment method!!! I HATE THIS COMPANY!!! I hope they go under for stealing from people!!

I signed up for Big Ten network then it said had an error & I should ask for refund. I also got an email telling me that my account is ready.  Get it fixed or refund me!
