Refund for ESPN+

I subscribed to ESPN PLUS for a year.  I went to watch a baseball game and told me to select my TV provider.  I do not have cable so I could not watch the game.  I called ESPN and they told me to contact ROKU for a refund.

I am not too happy I will get charged a year subscription if I am unable to watch any games on my phone or ROKU stick.

Please be aware that a subscription to ESPN+ does not include full access to the content available on ESPN. Make sure when logging into ESPN+, that you are not signing into ESPN.

I WAS CHARGE 49.99 FOR ESPN AND THEY SAID THST I DONT EVEN HAVE IT,THAT I HAD  TO CONTACT ROKU TO GET A REFUND,SO YOU CANT EVEN SPEACK TO NO ONE SO HOW DO I GET CREDIT BACK ON MY CREDIT CARD.THANK YOU

I subscribed to the ESPN plus on my TV and paid for the membership and it did not work so I called ESPN to have them cancel it and to refund me back my money and they told me that I had to go through Roku to get my money refunded and to cancel this subscription I needed canceled and my money returned
