Hi, I need to know how to get refund for Disney+ I purchased. I no longer want the channel and I paid yearly fee. I contacted Disney and they said Roku would have to issue the refund. How do I do that?

Please Help, Need money refunded. I cancelled Disney through Disney website as that is how I signed up. Husband lost job due to the situation. Yet today ROKU took out the payment. Shouldn't have to go through two different websites.
